Clinical hypnosis

Clinical hypnosis is a type of therapy that uses hypnosis to help individuals reach a state of deep relaxation and heightened focus, also known as a trance state. During the trance state, the person is more receptive to suggestions and may be more able to access unconscious thoughts and feelings.

Clinical hypnosis can be used to address a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, phobias, and chronic pain. It can also be used in conjunction with other forms of therapy, such as kinesiology, to help individuals change negative patterns of behavior and thought.

During a hypnosis session, our trained therapist will guide the person into a state of relaxation and then provide suggestions for positive change. The person is always in control and can choose to end the session at any time.
