Three Phases
Our HKPRAC practitioner course (advanced level) consists of three phases. The first phase, Principles, is about learning the basic concepts behind Kinesiology, where they come from and how to apply them. As the student progresses through the second phase, Foundations, they begin establishing the structure that will form a solid foundation for their Kinesiology practice. The final phase, Practitioner, is where students explore more specific and specialised areas as they continue to consolidate their confidence and competence in the underlying session structure. It is at this final phase where students begin supervised practice and mentoring. This crucial aspect helps students gain confidence working in clinic-type conditions, as well as receive individual feedback to refine their skills.
